Casa Venezia
The apartment is located on the first and second floor of an old building which has been internally divided and restored to a very high standard. All furnishings and fittings are truly 'Venetian' and your stay here will help you to soak up the atmosphere of this magical city.
Please note, as you first enter the apartment, the ancient stone well which was in the original courtyard.

The accommodation
On the first floor there is a large and useful hallway with plenty of room for hanging coats and storing shoes and luggage. Two double bedrooms lead off this hallway, both with double beds and ensuite bathrooms. Bedroom one has a bath and seperate shower whilst bedroom two has a bath with a shower fitting over.
A modern spiral staircase takes you to the second floor, past a spectacular 'glass wall' and onto the landing. On this floor you will find a spacious and fully equipped kitchen complete with a dining area. There is also a third bathrroom with shower cubicle and a washing machine.
The sitting room is a wonderful, light, airy room with a huge bookshelf full of informative books and tour guides on Venice, novels, art books and history books. There is also a TV, a radio and CD player and a selection of music for you to use during your stay. The walls of this lovely room even boast some original modern art pieces.
If you are
there with young children you can build a barricade with the sofa
cushions, as there is no gate fitted.
